Terms and Conditions

1. TAD Racing is an Online Shopping service on the TAD Racing website for consumers. We serve automotive accessories and spare parts sales and promo packages that we provide for a certain period.
2. TAD Racing serves sales and shipping throughout Indonesia.
3. TAD Racing serves a minimum transaction of Rp. 50,000,- , transactions below that will not be processed.
4. Shipping costs are in accordance with the applicable rates from Surabaya to the destination city/destination address. And will be emailed separately.
5. Specifically for a minimum transaction of Rp. 100,000,- (one hundred thousand rupiah) FREE shipping costs throughout Indonesia.
6. The listed price includes 10% VAT.
7. Prices and stock availability are not binding as long as we have not received payment and payment confirmation from you.
8. You will automatically get the Order Number when you confirm the order. Please save this order number and include it when you transfer payment and confirm payment.
9. New orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been made and received by our bank. You must make confirmation as mentioned in PAYMENT METHOD.
10. Payment confirmations received after 12.00 WIB (on working days: Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next working day, except for Saturday/Sunday which will be processed on the next working day.
11. If you order and have not made a transfer, the order data will be automatically deleted 6 x 24 hours after ordering.
12. Shipping to the destination depends on the destination region in Indonesia. See SHIPPING METHOD.
13. Purchase transactions can only be canceled if the goods have not been shipped and with the approval of TAD Racing via email. Purchase transactions CANNOT be canceled if the goods have been shipped.
14. If there is a price increase or out of stock, or product specification errors by us, the order transaction can be canceled by you, and payment received will be returned to the Bank according to the account listed in your data when ordering.
15. If the goods received do not match or are in an unfit condition or quality, you can submit a complaint for item replacement by reporting via email at the latest 24 hours after arrival.
16. For selecting products with color, we cannot guarantee the chosen color will match the actual color, as the colors on our website are references and may differ from the items ordered. This difference depends on your monitor settings. If a difference occurs, you cannot exchange or cancel the item.
